1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Decodeme Suite, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Use of Service

Decodeme Suite provides an AI-powered Communication Intelligence platform that detects, measures, and reduces communication risk in organizations. You agree to:

  • Use the service legally and ethically
  • Not share your account with third parties
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI analysis models
  • Not use the service to analyze communications without the consent of the parties involved where required by law

3. Privacy and Data

We take your data privacy seriously. All communication analyses are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Analyzed texts are not stored beyond the active session unless you explicitly save them. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, GDPR, and CCPA. We never share your data with third parties or use it to train AI models.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, AI models, and materials of Decodeme Suite are the property of Decodeme Suite, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

Decodeme Suite provides communication analysis and behavioral insight tools grounded in the COM-B behavioral science model. These tools are informational and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on our analyses. Analysis results should be considered as one input among many in your decision-making process.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
