Support for Decodeme in Slack

The app says my account is not connected

Run /decodeme connect in Slack, or open the Decodeme app and use “Connect account” on the Home tab. If your organization already uses Decodeme, ask an admin to link the workspace and you will be matched by email automatically.

It says the workspace is not linked to an organization

An admin can link it from the Decodeme Home tab in Slack, using the organization code found in Decodeme under Organization → Settings. You can also connect your own account instead.

My Decodeme account belongs to another organization

An account can only belong to one organization at a time. An administrator of both organizations has to resolve it; write to us and we will help.

The analysis says my plan does not cover it

Analyses consume your Decodeme plan. Check your subscription in your account, or ask your organization admin for a seat.

How do I remove the app

In Slack, go to Settings → Manage apps, find Decodeme and remove it. Its access token and every linked session are deleted right away.
